Above is the Name list for each hospital. If your name is not on the list, it is because

1. you haven't submitted your HSK certificate yet.

2. you haven't submitted your elective choices yet.

3. you are going to take senior clerkship in other countries.

You need to inform me immediately if your name is missing from the list for other reasons.

Please CLICK HERE to download the elective form and check you elective information. Make sure they are all correct. If they aren't, send me a request to make correction by email(dept_education@zju.edu.cn) immediately.

VERY IMPORTANT!!

Some of students especially those who plan to take senior clerkship abroad, haven't submitted clerkship elective choice to me yet. I want to remind you that all students including those who is going to take clerkship abroad should submit senior clerkship elective choice to me. Otherwise we will not be able to register you in university course registration system. That means by the end of senior clerkship, we will not be able to upload your marks. If that happens, you can not graduate.
