For those who need to re-take the exam or re-take courses next semester(2012-13 Spring and Summer Semester), please download and fill in the application form below and submit to Miss Zhao or your coordinator before Jan 24, 2013. 

1. There are two forms, one is for re-taking exam and another is for re-taking courses;

2. If you failed a course first time, you have one chance to re-take exam. For re-taking exam, you don't need to take the course, but the score will be 60 maximum.

3. If you failed in re-taking exam, you need to apply for re-taking course,. In that case, you need to attend all the lectures and labs unless you get the permit from the department to waive your attendence. Otherwise, no score will be given.

4. From the next semester (2012-13 Spring-Summer semester) , all students need to register re-taking exam and re-taking course online yourself. An introduction is provided below.

5. You may try to register re-taking exam and re-taking course yourself  this semester. Here are the opening time:

    1) Dec 20, 2012 14:00-Dec 23, 2012 24:00

    2) Jan 3, 3013 14:00-Jan 6, 2013 24:00

    3) The begining of Spring semester, time will be announced later.
