Joint MD & Ph.D Program with University of California, Los Angels

Enabling better physician-scientists

Universityof California, Los Angeles(UCLA) and Zhejiang University (ZJU) are dedicated in educating outstanding physician-scientists. The program is designed to training medical students involved in biomedical research in a multi-disciplinary manner, which inserted the research traing in the middle of 4-year medical training.

MD/PhD program

Students in the first, second or third year of medical education after four years of college education at ZJU will be eligible to apply for a Ph.D. program in biosciences at UCLA.

Qualified graduates will be eligible for two degrees

Ph.D. from University of California, Los Angeles

M.D. from Zhejiang University
